What is 5G?
Technically "5G" stands for 5th generation cellular for mobile phones, which is a specific technology with written standards. However, colloquially the term "5G" has grown to encompass a myriad of technologies including low and high frequency transmissions. It is the "internet of things" (IoT). Satellites transmit at low frequency so the signal can travel further. High frequency transmissions have shorter distances, which is why you hear there could be a transmitter/receiver on every lamp post or hydro pole. There are layers upon layers of transmissions (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, wifi, bluetooth, +) at different frequencies, which is where the health problems lie. Impact will be different in every place and nobody knows the exact fallout yet. People will have to get sick first, and people will get sick coincidentally (or not) with the same symptoms as COVID-19.

5G Cellular
5G is the fifth generation of cellular technology designed to address increased demand for cellular services, improved network, faster data speed, and new technologies (automated cars, smart appliances, security cameras, etc.).
- 5G is built on existing wireless technology (2G, 3G, 4G, Bluetooth, WiFi, smart, satellites, etc.).
- 5G plans to expand into new higher (country dependent) frequency ranges.
- 5G would require more points of access (antennas).
- 5G would use phased array / focused signal beaming.
- 5G is based on weapons-grade technology.
- 5G is not a minor upgrade from 4G and should not be installed without discussion.

5G Rollout
Global Rollout & COVID-19
The 5G is a very high frequency just below the classification of a weapon. When specific 5G signals connect with human bodies, the signals cause cell poisoning. Toxins from the poisoning are excreted from the cells and expunged from our bodies in the form of viruses. (source)

Canada
The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) has undertaken a Review of Mobile Wireless Services. The deadline for submission of interventions was May 15, 2019 with the hearing on January 13, 2020. The Commission has broad powers to regulate the provision of telecommunications services by Canadian carriers, including the rates, terms, and conditions associated with those services.
Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) is responsible for spectrum management under the Radiocommunication Act. ISED has established various rules and policies that wireless carriers must follow as conditions of licence for holding spectrum. One such condition is that wireless carriers must provide mobile wireless roaming services to each other (wholesale roaming). As part of ISED’s spectrum management responsibilities, it regularly holds public auctions for licences to operate in different bands of spectrum. The most recent spectrum auction, which was launched in 2018 and is still ongoing, is for the 600 megahertz band. It is expected that an auction for the 3500 megahertz band, which will likely be critical as fifth-generation (5G) networks begin to roll out, will be held in 2020. (source)
ISED is also responsible for approving the siting of radio apparatus, including antenna systems and the structures that support them. ISED requires wireless carriers to share space on cellular towers; however, the particulars of these arrangements are subject to commercial negotiations. The Commission can also employ its own powers to prevent unjust discrimination and undue preference in the provision of telecommunications services to resolve disputes between carriers with respect to tower and site sharing.
