Thermal
The most well-established biological effect of radio frequency-electromagnetic frequencies (RF-EMFs) is heating. High doses of RF-EMFs can lead to a rise in the temperature of the exposed tissues, leading to burns and other damage.
But mobile devices emit RF-EMFs at low levels that are non-ionizing. Whether this is a cause for concern is a matter of ongoing debate, reignited by the arrival of 5G. (article)
Ionizing versus Non-Ionizing Radiation
The electromagnetic frequency spectrum is broadly categorized into two types of electromagnetic radiation: ionizing and non-ionizing.
Exposure to ionizing radiation is known to cause damage to living tissue and can result in radiation burns, cell damage, radiation sickness, cancer, and death.
Damage from exposure to non-ionizing radiation is less well-known, deliberately obfuscated by government, industry and media, and is thus considered controversial. Call for Protection from Non-ionizing Electromagnetic Field Exposure was made by the International Electromagnetic Field Scientist Appeal, initial release date May 11, 2015, latest version's date January 29, 2017 with 222 signatures from 41 nations: 'We are scientists engaged in the study of biological and health effects of non-ionizing electromagnetic fields (EMF)… Effects include increased cancer risk, cellular stress, increase in harmful free radicals, genetic damages, structural and functional changes of the reproductive system, learning and memory deficits, neurological disorders, and negative impacts on general well-being in humans. Damage goes well beyond the human race, as there is growing evidence of harmful effects to both plant and animal life. (article)

Exposure to EMFs
People can be more or less susceptible to environmental exposures. Some people are obviously impacted by wireless exposure. Others, while not obvious, are indirectly impacted.
Studies have found a connection between electromagnetic radiation and cancer. Additional potential impacts on human health are: insomnia, headaches, immune dysfunction, heart irregularities, irritability, fatigue, endocrine imbalances, ADD, low libido, muscle fatigue/pain, dizziness, cold hands or feet, difficulty concentrating, tremors, loss of appetite, feelings of exhaustion. The BioInitiative report, issued by 29 medical and scientific experts states that “Bioeffects are clearly established and occur at very low levels of exposure to [EMFs] and radiofrequency radiation.” The report highlights links to DNA damage, oxidative stress, neurotoxicity, carcinogenicity, sperm morphology, and fetal, newborn, and early life development. They also propose a link between RF-EMF exposure and a higher risk of developing autism spectrum disorder. (article)
5G is not a minor upgrade. The technology elicits all the current health concerns of 4G plus tens to hundreds times more radiation (article). 5G is in addition to existing 2G, 3G, 4G technologies. 5G will be inescapable.
The EUROPA EM-EMF Guideline 2016 states that “there is strong evidence that long-term exposure to certain EMFs is a risk factor for diseases such as certain cancers, Alzheimer’s disease, and male infertility … common EHS (electromagnetic hypersensitivity), symptoms include headaches, concentration difficulties, sleep problems, depression, lack of energy, fatigue, and flu-like symptoms. Symptoms
Symptoms of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) poisoning can include: nosebleeds, headaches, eye pains, chest pains, nausea, fatigue, vomiting, tinnitus, dizziness, flu-like symptoms, cardiac pain. Sufferers also report a tight band around the head; pressure on the top of the head; short, stabbing pains around the body; or buzzing internal organs. Exposure to 60GHz interferes with oxygen uptake. Other biological effects such as tumours or dementia usually take longer to manifest. (article) Not everyone is immediately susceptible but those that are suffer greatly.
Exposure to 60GHz is rather unique in that 60GHz vibrates oxygen molecules and interferes with oxygen uptake. “When there is no oxygen respiratory symptoms occur immediately in the body, in the lungs of course first of all, but maybe more importantly also in the blood, in the skin and in all of the human tissue. This in effect can cause the instant collapse of the body system, which can make people collapse instantly and fall to the ground when exposed to 60 GHz.” (video mark 4:41) Oxygen absorption makes possible the same-frequency reuse within a very localized region of air space. Fifty years ago few people had heard of Autism, ADHD, breast cancer, brain tumors, thyroid cancer, pancreatic cancer, testicular cancer, colon cancer, leukemia and other cancers, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Lou Gehrig Disease (ALS), Sudden-Infant-Death-Syndrome (SIDS), suicides, depression, miscarriages, still-births, asthma, etc. Today they are disease epidemics in all industrialized countries! Cancer
Radiofrequency waves ‘possibly carcinogenic to humans’
In 2011, 30 international scientists, who are part of the working group of the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), met to assess the risk of developing cancer as a result of exposure to RF-EMFs.
The working group published a summary of their findings in The Lancet Oncology.
The scientists looked at one cohort study and five case-control studies in humans, each of which was designed to investigate whether there is a link between cell phone use and glioma, a cancer of the central nervous system.
The team concluded that, based on studies of the highest quality, “A causal interpretation between mobile phone RF-EMF exposure and glioma is possible.” Smaller studies supported a similar conclusion for acoustic neuroma, but the evidence was not convincing for other types of cancer. (Article)
New studies, like the National Toxicology Program (NTP) study and several epidemiological investigations including the latest studies on mobile phone use and brain cancer risks confirm that RF-EMF radiation is carcinogenic to humans. (video 48 mins)

COVID-19
The symptoms of COVID-19 are flu-like: cough, high temperature, headache, body aches. Many people have mild symptoms and uneventfully survive the disease. Some people die apparently of pneumonia akin to high-altitude sickness – 3%-14% depending on location and particularly if they are considered vulnerable: old, compromised immune systems, suffering a pre-existing condition. 2020 COVID-19 pandemic hotspots of Wuhan, Iran, northern Italy, Madrid, New York all corresponded to the recent roll-out of 5G “fifth generation cellular” technology with COVID-19 having the same flu-like symptoms as electromagnetic radiation poisoning (AO Wireless News) leading to stories that 5G caused COVID-19. On explanation is that high levels of 5G electromagnetic frequency exposure made damaged cells more susceptible to coronavirus (video 32 mins). Or is 5G a cause of COVID illness?

High frequency, specifically 2.45 GHz Wi-Fi radiation, induces a decrease in sperm parameters along with an increase in apoptosis-positive cells and caspase-3 activity in the seminiferous tubules of Wistar rats, specially in 7-hour group. It reduced seminal vesicle weight following 2.45 GHz exposure. Considering the progressive privilege of 2.45 GHz wireless networks in our environment, we concluded that there should be a major concern about the time-dependent exposure of our body to the higher frequencies of Wi-Fi antenna.

From the 1950s to 1979, the Russians radiated the U.S. Embassy with non-ionizing microwave radiation (2.5 to 4.0 GHz), some say for 40 hours a week. 30 GHz – 300 GHz (Millimeter Waves)
Millimeter waves are mostly absorbed within a few millimeters of human skin and in the surface layers of the cornea. Short-term exposure can have adverse physiological effects in the peripheral nervous system, the immune system and the cardiovascular system. The research suggests that long-term exposure may pose health risks to the skin (e.g., melanoma), the eyes (e.g., ocular melanoma) and the testes (e.g., sterility). (article)

Beam forming / phased array
Oxygen the atom is O. Oxygen the molecule is 02. Two atoms together.
These two atoms form the oxygen molecule and share some electrons. 60 GHz causes electrons surrounding oxygen molecules to spin, akin to how high-powered microwaves running on 2.4 impact molecules in food such as water. They’re heating, in part, by impacting those molecules to rotate or oscillate with each wave. The movement energy from the rotation of these super tiny water molecules helps heat the rest of the food.
In a similar way that 2.4 causes H20 to oscillate, 5G/60 GHz even at low power causes electrons on oxygen molecules to spin; changes to the spin frequencies on oxygen electrons impact human biology.
When you breathe air into your lungs it gets oxygen into your blood, brain, tissues etc. and oxygen entering your lungs gets picked up by a very important iron containing protein called hemoglobin in your blood.
The impact of oxygen molecules spinning the electrons is that it makes the hemoglobin unable to uptake the oxygen and get it to the rest of your body.

Point-to-point wireless systems operating at 60 GHz have been used for many years by the intelligence community for high security communications and by the military for satellite-to-satellite communications. Their interest in this frequency band stems from a phenomenon of nature: the oxygen molecule (O2) absorbs electromagnetic energy at 60 GHz like a piece of food in a microwave oven. This absorption occurs to a much higher degree at 60 GHz than at lower frequencies typically used for wireless communications. This absorption weakens (attenuates) 60 GHz signals over distance, so that signals cannot travel far beyond their intended recipient.
