Key Points
In this video Dr. David Martin appears before the Investigative Corona Committee Germany chaired by lawyer Dr. Reiner Füllmich. His company has reviewed more than 4,000 patents around coronavirus.
- Coronavirus/SARS-CoV-2 is not “novel” – more than 120 patented pieces of evidence [mark 4:40] going back to 1999. First vaccine patent (#6372224) for (canine) coronavirus (specifically for S-spike protein) sought by Pfizer on January 28, 2000 [mark 7:00]
- Coronavirus is malleable and can be synthetically modified in the laboratory using gene sequencing technologies to turn computer code into a pathogen (initially funded as a vector to distribute HIV vaccine) [10:30]
- Bioweapon – “We made SARS and we patented it in 2002” [9:50]; NIAID #7279327; Anthrax [11:31]; CDC coronavirus patent #7220852 / 46592703p / 7776521 (virus AND rt-PCR diagnostic test patented) [14:25]
- Sequoia Pharmaceuticals filed patent #7151163 for treatment of coronavirus on 28-Apr-2003, only 3 days after CDC filed patent on the virus. Sequoia’s treatment patent was approved before the CDC’s virus patent. Sequoia was later rolled into proprietary holdings of Pfizer, Crucell/Johnson & Johnson. [20:30]
- Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO) case? Moderna received SARS-CoV-2 spike protein sequence by phone from NIAID before the definition of the “novel” sub-claim. [23:00]
- Ablynx/Sanofi filed series of patents (#9193780) targeting “novel” features of SARS-CoV-2 on 5-Jun-2008 (after USA’s gain of function moratorium and MERS outbreak) [24:10]
- Similarly, patents filed by Crucell, Rubius Therapeutics, Children’s Medical Corporation, Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, Protein Science Corporation, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, U of Iowa, U of Hong Kong, Chinese National Genome Center … 73 patents issued between 2008 - 2019 [25:44]
- “There was no outbreak of SARS because we had engineered all of the elements of that and by 2016 the paper that was funded during the gain of function moratorium that said that the SARS coronavirus was ‘poised for human emergence’, written by none other than Ralph Baric, was not only ‘poised for human emergence’ was patented for commercial exploitation … 73 times. ” Dr. David Martin [28:10]
- “We need to increase public understanding of the need for medical counter measures such as a pan coronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media, and the economics will follow the hype. - “This was an intentional bio-weaponization of spike proteins to inject into people to get them addicted to a pan coronavirus vaccine. This has nothing to do with a pathogen that was released and every study that’s ever been launched to try to verify a lab leak is a red herring.” Dr. David E. Martin [31:46]
- Patent #7279327 (on the recombinant nature of the coronavirus) was transferred in November 2019 when Vaccine Research Institute’s mandate for a vaccine was shared between University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, NIAID and Moderna began the sequencing of a spike protein vaccine one month before SARS-CoV-2 outbreak happened. - “The script for this was written first January 6, 2004 … [by] Merck, at a conference called ‘SARS and Bioterrorism’. ” Dr. David Martin [34:50]
- “The New Normal” [35:23] introduced by Merck and became the campaign brand adopted by The World Health Organization (WHO), the Global Preparedness Monitoring Board (Chinese Director of CDC, Gates Foundation Dr. Elias, Anthony Fauci) about getting people to accept a universal pan influenza/pan coronavirus vaccine adopted 6-Jan-2004.
- “Moderna knew that it was going to be placed in the front of the line with respect to the development of a vaccine in March 2019.” [36:34] Amended four patent applications to account for accidental or deliberate release of a respiratory pathogen. Wording from the amendments was used in the scenario “A World at Risk” by the World Health Organization in September 2019, which says we need to have a coordinated global experience of a respiratory pathogen release, which by September 2020 must put in place a universal capacity for public relations management, crowd control and the acceptance of a universal vaccine mandate.
- World Health Organization declared coronavirus eradicated as a concern in 2008. [44:10] So why are we worried now?
- Are the “vaccines” a bio-weapon tool for population control? [44:50]
- Stop falling for the mainstream narrative. By 2005 coronavirus was unquestionably a weapon of choice. [45:15]

Conclusion
Nothing about SARS-CoV-2 is “novel” and coronaviruses have been well studied. The COVID-19 pandemic responses by the world’s governments have been planned and coordinated. The COVID-19 pandemic is not about a virus, it is about the vaccines. The plandemic is the world’s greatest vaccine marketing campaign AND a bioweapon.
